In a bid to strengthen our health sectors in Imo state and south east, Imo state government under the leadership of Gov Hope Uzodimma has made delivery of brand-new oxygen plant machines to Imo state teaching hospital Umuna Orlu.
This magnificent development is a significant milestone in the Governor’s mission to provide top-notch medical care to Imo citizens. The oxygen plant machines will play a vital role in ensuring a steady supply of oxygen for patients who require it, particularly those in critical care.
The medical purpose of these oxygen machines cannot be overstated. Oxygen plant machines are used to provide supplemental oxygen to patients with respiratory issues, such as those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or pneumonia. The machines will also be used in emergency situations, such as cardiac arrests or acute asthma attacks. In essence, these machines will be a lifeline for many patients in need of oxygen therapy.
The governor’s efforts in securing these machines for IMSUTH Umuna Orlu are truly commendable. His dedication to improving healthcare infrastructure in the state has been evident since he became governor of Imo State drawing inference from the ultra-modern hospitals he built and fully furnished in Ohaji-Egbema, Oguta and Omuma Oru East through ISOPADEC.
Gov Hope Uzodimma has been adjourned as the most health conscious governor in Nigeria.
