Uzodimma, FUTO honours one of her Alumni.
I Chantel Adanna Chinyere congratulate my boss in whom i am well pleased,my onwa, Gov Hope Uzodimma CON,GSSRS on his well deserved doctorate degree award from our Almamatter federal university of Technology Futo ,my boss obtained his post graduate diploma in Maritime Management technology Federal Management Technology specialising in port Administration Management in year 2001/2002, it is a thing of joy that our reverred institution which i graduated from deemed it fit to honour one of her student,my boss in whom I am well pleased, my onwa.I want to state it that this award to my boss is meritorious not because he is the governor of Imo State but because he graduated with flying colours from FUTO as the professors that taught him are alive to testify, be that as it may, as the governor of Imo State, he has shown his unwavering support and full commitment to the advancement of my Almamatter,our Almamatter Futo, ranging from resolving land disputes between the indigenes and the institution,ensuring that the land boarders of the institution is not encroached. Furthermore, the awardee cum Alumni of FUTO used his good office to ensure that FUTO is now lecturering new courses like Medicine to the tune of converting our aged long federal medical centre FMC to be federal university of Technology teaching hospital,hence making Imo state have two teaching hospitals, i make bold to say that this achievement can only be achieved by my onwa. I want to thank the vice Chancellor and pro Chancellor of FUTO for this honour on my boss, thank you mummy, thank you sir. Dear leader,my onwa, my boss with a heart of gold, words can’t express how thrilled i am by this meriterious award to you this day, that’s why even been in my sick bed,i have to express my joy, your excellency, i rejoice with you, it is indeed long overdue.
